Research Triangle Park, NC, December 2 2025:<\/strong> Eton Solutions, a leading provider of technology solutions for the wealth management industry, proudly announces the appointment of S<\/span>andip Shah as Chief Business Officer.<\/strong> With more than 15 years of experience<\/strong> in financial services, regulation, and international market development, Mr. Shah joins the firm to scale its India and GIFT City strategy and expand adoption of EtonAxis\u2122\u2014its newly launched end-to-end platform for fund managers, family offices and private equity firms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his new role, Mr. Shah will lead business development, drive international market expansion, and build strategic partnerships that advance Eton Solutions\u2019 mission of transforming global wealth and fund-management operations. As Chief Business Officer of AtlasFive\u00ae IFSC Pte Ltd, Eton Solutions\u2019 GIFT City entity, he will report to Bryan Henning, President, for sales & business development responsibilities, and to Nimish Soni, Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director \u2013 India, for operations responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Shah\u2019s immediate priority will be to accelerate the onboarding of all GIFT City fund managers including family offices, PE\/VC funds, fund administrators, and global institutions onto EtonAxis\u2122, which integrates AtlasFive\u00ae, EtonAITM<\/sup> , and specialized modules designed for private equity and fund management operations<\/strong>. Built to streamline deal lifecycles, investor onboarding, treasury management, reporting, reconciliations, and audit-ready workflows, EtonAxis\u2122 delivers a unique integrated, AI- powered operating platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company has been present in India for the past seven years, with over 400 employees working at the Global Technology Center in Bengaluru as well as Shimoga. The GIFT City office is Eton\u2019s 3 rd center that will serve as an expanded service center for international and U.S.-based clients, while tapping the region\u2019s strong talent pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Shah previously served as Head of the IFSC Department at Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City)<\/strong>, where he played a central role in shaping India\u2019s international financial services framework. His contributions span coordination with the IFSC Authority, the Ministry of Finance, RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI, and the introduction of new business verticals including aircraft leasing, the International Bullion Exchange, offshore fund management, and the International Fintech Institute (in partnership with the Asian Development Bank).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was recognized as a \u201c40 Under 40 Investment Professional\u201d in 2022 and is the author of GIFT IFSC \u2013 A Comprehensive Guide.<\/strong> His earlier roles include HSBC Securities Market Division and National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL), where he helped operationalize India\u2019s first Insurance Repository. Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor of Commerce, an MBA in International Finance, a Diploma in Foreign Exchange & Risk Management,<\/strong> and Company Secretary\u2013Intermediate certification. He is also an alumnus of XLRI\u2019s Executive Program in Strategy and Leadership.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
